UMS announces the formation of its New Zealand Advisory Board

Urban Maintenance Systems (UMS) announced that it has formed an Advisory Board to assist in strengthening the company’s current commitment (Auckland Council Total Facilities Contract) and identifying means to capitalise on future growth opportunities across New Zealand. Among other matters, the Advisory Board will provide local counsel with respect to the Company’s corporate governance over its existing contracts. In addition, the Advisory Board will be tasked with providing local strategic insight over the Company’s plans for future development in New Zealand.

The establishment of a local Advisory Board further cements UMS’s commitment to its business in New Zealand and enables UMS to develop a tailored local strategy.

Further, UMS is pleased to announce the appointment of Sheridan Broadbent as the inaugural Chair of its New Zealand Advisory Board.

Sheridan brings a wealth of relevant industry experience, including former senior executive leadership roles at Counties Power, Genesis Energy, Downer and Telecom New Zealand. A chartered member of the Institute of Directors, Sheridan is currently on the board of ICT solutions provider Kordia, the NZ Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Forum and is the Chair of metering analytics provider Ampli Ltd.
